Access Nurse - This position provides care in admitting patients for hospice services and uses the nursing process in assessing and evaluating needs of patients. Must be eligible for licensure in both Ohio and West Virginia.  This position will work primarily in the Northern Service area.  Work 4 -10 hours  shifts: 8am – 6:30pm or 10:30am – 9:00pm.

RN, North Home Team - Provides care to patients in their homes. This position serves our Northern (Steubenville) service area. Must be eligible for licensure in Ohio and West Virginia.  4 - 10 hour shifts or 5 - 8 hour shifts available after completion of orientation.

RN, South Home Team - Provides care to patients in their homes. This position serves our Southern (Wheeling) service area. Must be eligible for licensure in Ohio and West Virginia.  4 - 10 hour shifts or 5 - 8 hour shifts available after completion of orientation.

RN, North Nursing Facility Team - Provides care to patients in nursing facilities. This position serves our Northern (Steubenville) service area. Must be eligible for licensure in Ohio and West Virginia.  4 - 10 hour shifts or 5 - 8 hour shifts available after completion of orientation.

RN, Care Center South – Provide care to patients at Liza's Place - Valley Hospice Care Center South. Must be eligible for licensure in Ohio and West Virginia. Work 3 - 12 hour shifts: 7a-7p and 7p-7a if in the Care Center. 

Hospice Aide (STNA), North Nursing Facility Team – Provide personal care under the supervision of a nurse according to the patient’s plan of care. These positions provide personal care needs to the patients in nursing facilities in our Northern (Steubenville) service area.  Must be state tested.  Flex scheduling is available after completion of orientation.

IT Technician - This position will provide IT support and services to internal employees.  Must demonstrate skills with common software applications including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Outlook, e-mail applications and software and extensive knowledge of Windows-based operations.  Ability to trouble-shoot IT related problems.  Minimum of a two year degree in computer sciences and/or Information Technology required.  Hours: M-F, 8:00am – 4:30pm.  Share on-call rotation.
